Fan-Freaking-Tastic I really LOVED this book! So much great insight and a very quick read for those looking to get started with the AIP. Plus, I love all the other tips outside of dietary changes. Too many protocols focus solely on diet and completely ignore stress, exercise, sleep and other factors that contribute to inflammation and weight gain.The only critique I do have is that it recommended for men to increase their calorie intake depending on their size without making the same suggestion for women and men to do the same depending on their activity level. I see that as a missed opportunity to have an informed conversation about why some people would require more calories than others.
