Save your money. I thought there would be prompts or encouraging topics but this is not inspirational tbh. it's just a journal with dedicated sections. I could have made this myself by drawing a line down a piece of paper. lame.Same questions every day Guess I should've paid more attention to the description and pictures. It's just the same page every day. I could've just made one myself. Oh well, it's small and cute so theres that.) Love this little book I purchased this for myself at a bookstore, then purchased two more for my coworker and my mom. High quality with simple prompts (what are you going to let go of? what are you grateful for? what are you going to focus on?) Love this little book...excellent choice for those who want the meditation of journaling but can't seem to commit to a longer free-form journaling style.
